Come thrift and treasure hunt in one of Boston’s Best, Award-Winning Thrift Stores (for a good cause)!
The Nearly New Thrift Store was started during WWII by the church’s Women’s Association (which is still going strong today) as a way to help the church pay for its heating oil. Today, 100% of the funds from the Thrift Store goes directly to the Food Pantry as opposed to church overhead.
Hours:
Wednesdays from 2-6 pm
Fridays from 10 am - 1:30 pm
Saturdays from 10 am - 1:30 pm
Donation Hours & Restrictions:
Donations of seasonally-appropriate clothing and other treasures can be dropped off Tuesday-Thursday 9 am -3 pm and Friday 9 am -1 pm
We cannot accept computers, computer components or furniture of any kind
Volunteer Opportunities:
We need help accepting and sorting donations generally during operating hours
After you finish a shift, add the experience to your resume!
