(It’s) Giving

Thank you for your Support!

We are grateful for any and all donations to the church! May God bless you for your gift!

There are 4 Ways to Support Us:

1. Money (to our general overhead fund or the Allston Brighton Food Pantry)

2. In-Kind Donations (from our Wish List, gently-used items to our Thrift Shop or food to our Food Pantry)

3. Time (to our volunteer efforts in the Food Pantry, Thrift Shop or Gardening Committee)

4. Talents (musical talents to our Sunday service)

Monetary Donations

We always need help paying our utility bills, making much-needed repairs and to continue to provide stewardship and caring. Throughout the year, there are also opportunities to donate to UCC causes that provide aid and support around the world.

The community fridge (est. 2021) is open 24/7 for donations and for anyone who needs it.

You can also donate books to our Free Little Lending Library in our front yard next to our colorful sign and raised garden beds.

Here is our in-kind wish list:

Time Donations

Come volunteer with us then add it to your resume! Here are some places you can donate your time with us:

-The Food Pantry always appreciates help, especially in the summer, when student volunteers from local schools and universities are away for the summer.  You can read more on the Volunteer section of the AB Food Pantry website.

-The Thrift Shop can use help accepting and sorting donations, generally during its operating hours.

-The Gardening Committee meets the third Sunday of every month at noon to plan seasonal tasks for all of the gardens and greenspace on the property. This is your chance to get your hands in the dirt, plant flowers, meet your neighbors, get some sunshine and fresh air.

You can also connect to the wonderful community groups that meet at the church.  Check our What We Do page for a list of some of the groups that meet here.

Talent Donations

Can you sing? Play an instrument? We’re always looking for talent to enhance our Sunday service! Please contact us to offer your talents.
